CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for THE BIDVEST
GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a capital reduction amount of 190 cents per BVTNIF share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 30 November 2009.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 20 November 2009. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 23
November 2009 and the record date will be Friday, 27 November 2009.
