each of the abovementioned directors will vest on

conditions having been met; any of these options
not exercised by 30 November 2011 will lapse; and
the remaining 50% of the options which have been
accepted by each of the abovementioned directors
will vest on 30 November 2011, subject to certain
predetermined conditions having been met; any of
these options not exercised by 30 November 2012
will lapse.
