In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Cipla
Medpro shareholders are advised that Dr Gil Mahlati has resigned as a non-
executive director of Cipla Medpro with immediate effect.
Due to a decision to pursue other opportunities within the healthcare sector,
non-executive director Dr Gil Mahlati has tendered his resignation from the
Cipla Medpro Board of Directors with immediate effect. The board extends its
appreciation to Dr Mahlati for his contribution to the Group.
In line with its commitment to good corporate governance, the Board has embarked
on a process of identifying additional, suitably experienced independent non-
executive directors. Appointments will be announced in due course.
