CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 26 October wherein it was
advised that Mr T Scott had been appointed as Financial Director, shareholders
are advised that the announcement inadvertently omitted to point out that his
status had been changed from that of non-executive to executive director.
Therefore terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
board of Chrometco wishes to announce that Mr T. Scott, previously a non-
executive director, was appointed to the board as an Executive Director with
effect from 23 October 2009.
