Directors Resignation
RTAC ("Ray") Nethercott has announced his intention to resign as a director of
the Company with effect from 28 February 2010. He will remain an employee of the
Company in a lesser capacity.
CEO Jebb McIntosh expressed his appreciation to Ray for his valuable
contribution since his appointment in 2001.
