ANNOUNCEMENT
Wesizwe shareholders are advised that the Company has received a notice in terms
of section 181 of the Companies Act No. 61 of 1973, for the requisition of a
general meeting of shareholders to vote on the removal of certain executive and
non-executive directors and the appointment of certain new directors of the
Company.
An announcement regarding the date of the meeting will be published on or about
the 25 November 2009 and a circular, with details including the notice of
general meeting of shareholders, will be posted at that time.
