Investec Enhanced Dividend Securities (EDS)
As a result of the Tiger Brands Limited capital reduction, warrant holders are
entitled to receive R4.59 for every warrant held. On "Ex" date the capital
reduction will result in a reduction of the share price, which may result in a
breach of the stop loss level of R115.50.
Investec will determine the effect of the capital reduction on the stop loss
level on close LDT 8 January 2010.
In the event that the stop loss is not compromised, as aforementioned warrant
holders will receive the capital reduction of R4.59.
However, prior to the LDT of the corporate action, should Investec determine
that the stop loss level will be compromised; Investec will release an
announcement indicating the adjustments to the terms and conditions of TBSIDF to
leave warrant holders in the same economic position as prior to the capital
reduction.
