APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Nampak is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Disebo Moephuli as an
independent, non-executive director of Nampak with effect from 23 November
2009.
Disebo, who holds a BA economics degree from the National University of
Lesotho and a MBA finance degree from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia,
Canada, is currently employed as group treasurer at Transnet, a position she
has held since September 2006. Previous positions include head: financial
markets department at the South African Reserve Bank, treasurer at the
Development Bank of Southern Africa and various positions at First National
Bank and RMB.
