CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of IFCA is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Billy Hindshaw with immediate effect.
Billy Hindshaw is a qualified Chartered Secretary (CIS). In 1970 Billy moved
to the Nedbank Group where he worked in various capacities.
After spending 5 years in administration and accounting functions, he moved
into the sales area specialising in Asset Based Finance before moving to the
Professional Banking Area dealing with qualified professionals such as
Doctors, Lawyers and Accountants.
During his tenure at the Nedbank Group, Billy headed up Professional Banking
in Nedbank Gauteng North. He also worked at Dimension Home Loans where his
main functions were Mortgage Origination and Commercial Property Finance.
In September 2008 he joined Kilele Investment Group Ltd as a General Manager,
and represents Kutana Investment Group on the board of IFCA.
