Change in Company secretary
In compliance with Rule 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the company
advises that Mr. Patrick Kane has resigned as the company secretary and that Mr.
Dumisani Mtshali has been appointed as the company secretary with effect from 24
November 2009.
This is in terms of the board of directors` decision to separate the secretarial
function from that of the Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Dumisani Mtshali has been in this industry since 1998 and has worked as
company secretary for several other companies.
