RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Ms Huntley withdrew her eligibility for re-election at the annual general
meeting held today and has resigned as a non-executive director of the board.
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions were passed with the requisite
majority and the special resolution will be lodged with CIPRO, in due course.
