ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS
At the annual general meeting of the Company held on 25 November 2009, all the
ordinary and special resolutions proposed in the annual report which was mailed
to shareholders on 30 September 2009, were passed by the requisite majority. The
special resolutions will be lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office for registration in due course.
