RESULTS OF SUN INTERNATIONAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Sun International
shareholders held on Thursday, 26 November 2009, the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed in terms of the notice of annual general meeting dated
4 November 2009 were all passed by the requisite majorities. The special
resolutions will be submitted to CIPRO for registration.
