REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 18 November 2009, which
contained a trading statement pertaining to the earnings and headline earnings
per share for the six months ended 31 August 2009. That announcement indicated
that earnings per share are expected to be between 70% and 80% below those of
the previous corresponding period and headline earnings per share are expected
to be between 90% and 100% below those of the previous corresponding period.
Due to an impairment to goodwill it is now expected that earnings per share to
be between 130% and 140% below those of the previous corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
The company`s results for the six months ended 31 August 2009 are expected to be
released on SENS on or before 30 November 2009.
