CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TBS SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for TIGER
BRANDS LTD and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to TIGER BRANDS LTD (TBS) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a capital reduction amount of 459 cents per share instalment that is
payable on Monday, 18 January 2010.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 8 January 2010. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 11
January 2010 and the record date will be Friday, 15 January 2010
