NO CHANGE STATEMENT
The Clicks Group annual report for the year ended 31 August 2009 is currently
being mailed to shareholders and contains no changes to the reviewed preliminary
group results published on SENS on 22 October 2009. The annual report is
available online on the Clicks Group website (www.clicksgroup.co.za).
The annual financial statements contained in the annual report were audited by
the group`s auditors, KPMG Inc. Their report is available for inspection at the
group`s registered office.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the fourteenth annual general meeting of
shareholders will be held at the registered office of the Clicks Group, corner
Searle and Pontac Streets, Cape Town on Monday, 18 January 2010 at 11:00 to
transact business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting which is
incorporated in the annual report.
