CHANGE IN GROUP SECRETARY
In accordance with sections 3.59(a) and (b) of the JSE`s Listings Requirements,
notification is made that Ms Silvia Bailes will be taking early retirement and
will no longer serve as Group secretary of Sun International as from 31 March
2010. Ms Chantel Reddiar has been appointed as Group secretary with effect from
1 April 2010.
