Notice is hereby given that Preference Dividend No. 63 of 5,5 cents per share in
respect of the cumulative preference shares has been declared in respect of the
period 1 July 2009 to 31 December 2009, payable to all preference shareholders
recorded in the books of Liberty Holdings Limited at the close of business on
Thursday, 31 December 2009. The dividend, payable in South African currency,
will be paid on Monday, 4 January 2010.
