RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that all ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed at the AGM of SacOil held on Friday, 27 November 2009, were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.

Intellectual Property Registration Office, for registration in due course.
