FINALISATION OF THE ACQUISITION OF CRYOSHIELD (PTY) LIMITED
Shareholders are referred to the announcement, dated 22 September 2009, relating
to the acquisition of the entire issued share capital (including any
shareholder`s claim) in Cryoshield (Pty) Limited and are advised that all the
conditions precedent thereto have now been met. Accordingly, the transaction
becomes unconditional and is effective from 1 March 2010.
