NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
31 August 2009, forming part of JD Group`s annual report, will be despatched to
shareholders today, Monday, 30 November 2009. The JD Group will not be
publishing an abridged report as the annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited results published on Monday, 16 November 2009.
Those results and the annual financial statements were audited by JD Group`s
auditors, Deloitte & Touche, whose report is available for inspection at JD
Group`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company`s
shareholders will be held in the David Sussman Auditorium, Ground Floor, JD
House, 27 Stiemens Street, Braamfontein, Johannesburg on Wednesday, 3 February
2010 at 08h00 to transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting which forms part of the JD Group annual report.
