APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Company is pleased to advise of the appointment of Mr Rance Dorrington as
Company Secretary for FSE, effective from 1 December 2009.
Mr Dorrington, based in Perth, has in excess of 10 years experience in the
resource sector including the last 5 years as CFO and Company Secretary with
African focused ASX/TSX listed Extract Resource Limited (EXT).
Mr Dorrington will replace Mr Simon Storm who is resigning from this position
with effect from today`s date.
