RESIGNATION AS DESIGNATED ADVISOR
Shareholders are hereby advised that PSG Capital (Pty) Limited ("PSG Capital")
has resigned as the designated advisor ("DA") to Top Fix with effect from 1
December 2009.
The reason for the resignation is due to the fact that an associate of PSG
Capital, who acts independently from PSG Capital, has increased its shareholding
to more than 20% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and as a
result PSG Capital can no longer act as DA as stipulated in terms rule 21.26 of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE.
The Company will appoint a new DA in due course as required in terms of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE.
