Aspen wishes to inform shareholders that on 30 November 2009 the multiple
strategic inter-dependant transactions between the Aspen Group and the
GlaxoSmithKline Group ("GSK") were completed.
Aspen allotted and issued 68.5 million ordinary shares to GSK in consideration
for the transfer of assets on the same date.
