RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ursula Johnson, who has been a non-executive director on the Board of Tiger
Brands since February 2002, has advised the Board of her intention to resign
with effect from close of business 31 December 2009.
The Board thanks Ms Johnson for her positive contribution to the Board during
her tenure as a non-executive director.
