DECLARATION OF DIVIDEND NUMBERS 146 AND 147 ON THE 6% CUMULATIVE PARTICIPATING
PREFERENCE SHARES
Notice is hereby given that cash dividend number 146 on the 6% cumulative
participating preference shares ("preference shares") for the six months ending
31 December 2009 at the rate of 6% per annum, (6 cents per preference share),
together with cash dividend number 147, being the participation dividend of 19%
(38 cents per preference share) will be paid on Monday, 28 December 2009 to all
preference shareholders recorded in the register of the company at the close of
business on Thursday, 24 December 2009.
The salient dates of the preference dividend are as follows:

Shares trade ex-dividend Friday, 18 December 2009
Record date Thursday, 24 December 2009
