APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
The boards of directors of Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited have pleasure in
announcing the appointments of Julian Roberts and Don Hope as non-executive
directors with effect from 1 December 2009.
Julian Roberts was appointed Group Chief Executive of Old Mutual plc in
September 2008. Prior to that he was Chief Executive of Old Mutual`s Skandia
businesses and originally joined Old Mutual as Group Finance Director in August
2000.
Don Hope has been Head of Strategy Development at Old Mutual plc since March
2009. He joined Old Mutual as Group Treasurer in May 1999, with responsibility
for developing Old Mutual`s international treasury function.
Following the appointment of the two new directors, the board composition is as
follows:
