CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders of the Group are advised that Myron Cyril Berzack has been
appointed as a non-executive director of AMAP with effect from 1 December 2009.
Myron previously served on the AMAP Board from 19 August 1998 to 26 February
2008. Currently he is an executive director of The Bidvest Group Limited
("Bidvest"), a director of numerous Bidvest subsidiaries and a non-executive
director of Allied Electronics Corporation. Myron has 40 years experience in the
electrical industry, specialising in marketing, distribution, financial control
and reporting functions.
