DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE REM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for REMGRO LIMITED
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to REMGRO LIMITED
(REM) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend
amount of 84 cents per REMNIF share instalment that is payable on Monday, 18
January 2010.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 8 January 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 January 2010
and the record date will be Friday, 15 January 2010.
