Shareholders are advised that due to logistical arrangements the scheduled time
for the general meeting of members to be held on Thursday, 17 December 2009, as
set out in the Notice of General Meeting of Members posted to shareholders on 25
November 2009, has been changed to 11h00 on Thursday, 17 December 2009.
The date and venue remains unchanged.
