Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible distribution by the ETF to holders of NewFunds eRAFI(TM) Resource 20
ETF securities for the quarter ending 31 December 2009.
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Thursday, 17 December 2009
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Friday, 18 December 2009
Record date: Thursday, 24 December 2009
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will
be made within 14 business days after the record date.
