CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders of Metair are advised that the following non-executive directors
have resigned from the Metair board of directors ("the Board") with effect from
1 January 2010:
- AD Plummer;
- GMC Ryan; and
- L Ndala.
The Board expresses its appreciation for the value they have added to the Group
during their tenure.
