RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that all ordinary and special resolutions were passed
by the requisite majority of Mvela Resources shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting held on 3 December 2009. Special resolution 1, granting a general
authority to repurchase company shares is in the process of being submitted to
the Registrar of Companies for registration.
