DETAILS OF SUBSCRIPTIONS BY DIRECTORS
BRC DiamondCore Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX -"BCD"; JSE -"BCD") reports that,
further to the Company announcement released on SENS on 25 November 2009, the
details of the participation by Company directors in the non-brokered private
placement are as follows: Arnold T. Kondrat - 7,250,000 units; Simon F.W.
Village - 3,500,000 units; Michiel C.J. de Wit - 500,000 units; Brian P.
Scallan - 500,000 units; Geoffrey G. Farr - 500,000 units. As well, a family
trust of Mr. Village purchased 3,750,000 of the units (the beneficiaries of
this trust are Mr. Village`s wife and children; Mr. Village was not a settlor
of the trust, is excluded as a beneficiary of the trust and does not control or
direct the trust).
