DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS
Standard Bank Group and The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited are very
pleased to announce the appointment of Fred Phaswana and Richard Dunne to their
boards with immediate effect.
On 13 November 2009, the Group announced, subject to Regulatory approval, the
appointment of Fred Phaswana to the boards. Regulatory approval has now been
obtained.
Richard Dunne (61) was Chief Operating Officer of Deloitte & Touche, Southern
Africa prior to retiring. He currently serves on the boards of Anglo Platinum,
Tiger Brands and AECI.
