CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES AND RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders were advised on SENS on the 3 March 2009 that Mr Walter Simeoni was
due to retire as the Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from November
2009, and that as a part of Seardel`s succession planning, Mr Stuart Queen was
appointed as Chief Executive Officer (designate).
Shareholders are advised that Mr Simeoni has retired from the board with effect
from 30 November 2009, and Mr Queen is appointed as Group Chief Executive
Officer with effect from 1 December 2009.
Mr Simeoni was the Chief Executive Officer of the Frame Textile Group (an
operating division of Seardel) for 18 years, and is an internationally regarded
textile expert. He served as Executive Director of Seardel for 8 years and was
appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in June 2008.
The board wishes to acknowledge and thank Mr Simeoni for his immense dedication
and loyalty to the Group and wish him well in his retirement.
