APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHAIRPERSON
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 October
2009 advising that Dr Khotso Mokhele has resigned as an Independent Non-
Executive Director and Chairperson of the Board of Directors ("the Board") with
effect from close of business on 4 December 2009.
Until such time as the Board appoints a permanent Chairperson, Mr MJN Njeke an
Independent Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as Acting Chairperson
with immediate effect.
