CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr. Johan Seymore has been appointed as an executive director to the board of
Delta EMD and financial director of the Group`s EMD business with effect from 3
December 2009.
Johan is 41 years of age and qualified as a Chartered Accountant South Africa in
1990 after having obtained his B. Commmerce Honours in Accounting from the
University of Johannesburg in 1989.
Johan has 22 years of diverse financial, strategic and operations management
experience within global engineering, telecoms, defence, mining and industrial
groups and served as Financial Director/CFO for VWS Envig (Pty) Ltd and prior to
that as CFO for SAAB Grintek Ltd.
