FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO THE CHANGE OF DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the announcement published on SENS earlier today, shareholders are
advised that the change in the date of the Annual General Meeting of Absolute
was published in the press on 6 November 2009. The delay is partly related to
the company`s intention to proceed with a consolidation of its share capital as
well as a proposed odd lot offer. No change to the reviewed results as
previously published is expected. The company anticipates publishing a no
change statement and details of the proposed share consolidation and odd lot
offer shortly.
