TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("the JSE"), listed
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become
reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported
on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous corresponding
period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market in relation
to such period. Shareholders are informed that the results for the six months
ending 31 August 2008 were those of the former Acc-Ross Group and are therefore
not comparable due to the reverse listing of Pinnacle.
Shareholders are advised that the results for the six months ended 31 August
2009, are expected to be lower than the prior period loss per share and headline
loss per share by between 30% to 40%.
The results for the twelve months ending 28 February 2010 are still expected to
be in line with the profit forecast published on SENS on 30 October 2009.
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors
of the company.
