Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that an annual general meeting of the shareholders of the
Company will be held at 22 Chancery Lane, Pinetown on Tuesday, 9 February 2010
at 9:00 to transact the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting included in the Company`s Annual Report.
No change statement
The Company published its consolidated audited results for the year ended 30
September 2009 on SENS on 11 November 2009 and distributed its Annual Report to
shareholders on 7 December 2009. No abridged version of the audited financial
statements is being published as there has been no change to the financial
information published on 11 November 2009.
