Exchange ("ASX") an Appendix 3Y "Change of Director`s Interest Notice" in
respect of 3,000,000 options granted to Mr Simon Farrell, the Managing Director
of CoAL, as part of his remuneration package and in accordance with shareholder
approval at the Company`s annual general meeting held on 30 November 2009.
