CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Dr Maki Mandela has resigned as Chairperson and
Denese Schneider has resigned as an independent non-executive Director of the
Myriad Board, both with immediate effect.
Andrew Bonamour will act as interim Chairman until a suitable replacement is
appointed.
The board thanks Dr Mandela and Ms Schneider for their service to the company.
