Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of Phumelela Gaming
and Leisure Limited shareholders held on Wednesday 9 December 2009, the special
resolution and ordinary resolutions proposed in terms of the notice of annual
general meeting dated 31 October 2009, were all passed by the requisite
majorities. The special resolution will be submitted to CIPRO for registration.
