information regarding the annual report and annual general meeting is set out
below.
Annual report
Further to Ingenuity`s reviewed condensed preliminary consolidated results for
the year ended 31 August 2009, published on 03 November 2009, the annual report
was posted today. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the shareholders of Ingenuity will be held at
Suite 102, First Floor, Intaba, 25 Protea Road, Claremont, Cape Town on
Thursday, 28 January 2010 at 09h00, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
