RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("the AGM")
Shareholders are advised that all the resolutions proposed at the AGM of Caxton
held on Tuesday, 8 December 2009 were passed by the requisite majorities of
shareholders, with the exception of ordinary resolution 3, which relates to the
issue of unissued shares in the share capital of the company for cash.
The special resolution relating to a general authority to repurchase shares in
the company will be submitted for registration at the Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office in due course.
