APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of AdaptIT hereby notifies its shareholders that Patrick
Christopher Muzi September has been appointed as an independent non-executive
director of the company, with effect from 1 January 2010.
Patrick holds B.Sc (Hons) and M.Sc degrees from the University of London. He
qualified as a biological scientist and has worked in various hospitals in
London. Patrick has held a number of directorships in South Africa, including
executive director of Unilever South Africa (Proprietary) Limited, technical
director and thereafter director of human resources and corporate affairs of
Rainbow Farms (Proprietary) Limited. He is a past president of the Durban
Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Patrick`s current directorships include Nkunzi
Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited, Gold Reef Resorts Limited, and the
anti-crime initiative, Business Against Crime (South Africa).
