SALE OF SHARES BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
The Company was advised on 10th December 2009 that following the vesting of
certain Long Term Incentive awards granted during the financial year 2007,
directors have sold shares to cover tax obligations related thereto and in all
instances their shareholdings in the Company have increased as set out below:

Grants to Executive Directors under deferred bonus arrangements
On 16th November 2009 the Company awarded deferred bonus shares to the value of
$750,000 relating to performance in the 2009 financial year to B W Dawson,
subject to shareholder approval of the Dimension Data Deferred Bonus Plan at the
forthcoming Annual General Meeting. On 10th December 2009, the Company was
advised that the deferred bonus has been converted to deferred bonus shares as
follows:

Retirement of Director
The Board wishes to announce that Dorian Wharton-Hood will retire as a non-
executive director of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting,
having served as non-executive director from July 2000. The directors wish to
express their appreciation and gratitude to Dorian for his significant
contribution to the Group during his tenure.
