RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements, Mvela Resources
announces that Ms Nokhanyiso Ntsaluba has resigned from her position as
Financial Director effective 31 December 2009.
Pursuant to Mvela Resources unbundling strategy announced in February 2009
and scheduled for completion in 2010, Ms Ntsaluba intends to pursue other
opportunities. Ms Ntsaluba has been employed by the Company as Financial
Director since August 2005.
Pursuant to Section 3.84 (h), the Company will endeavour to fill this
vacancy as soon as is practicably possible.
