NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the 15 months
ended 31 August 2009 will be distributed to shareholders today, 11 December 2009
and contain no modifications to the audited results which were published on SENS
on 12 November 2009. The annual financial statements will also be available
online on the BCX website (www.bcx.co.za) on 11 December 2009.
The annual financial statements were audited by BCX`s auditors, KPMG. Their
report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the sixth annual general meeting of shareholders
will be held at Business Connexion Park North, 789 Sixteenth Road, Randjespark,
Midrand, on 14 January 2010 at 11:00 to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
